2. Eligibility

BattleGuess is designed for all ages when played as a guest, with no mature content. X or Google sign-in requires users to be 13+ per X’s Terms of Service (X Terms) or Google’s Terms of Service (Google Terms). Passkey sign-in may require device ownership, typically limiting access for very young users. By using X, Google, or passkeys, you confirm compliance with their requirements.

3. Account Access

Play as a guest or sign in with X (13+), Google (13+), or passkeys. Secure your credentials and do not share them. X/Google users must follow X’s Terms of Service (X Terms) or Google’s Terms of Service (Google Terms). Report unauthorized access to .

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate player names (1–8 characters, sanitized).
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt gameplay (e.g., SocketIO manipulation).
• Harass or harm users.
• Access, modify, or reverse-engineer game data or code.
• Violate laws or third-party rights (e.g., X’s terms).

Your player name may appear in public leaderboards and feeds (e.g., “{name} won Game {id}”). Violations may lead to suspension, access termination, or data deletion.

5. Gameplay and Terms

BattleGuess is a 2–4 player word game guessing themed words (e.g., countries). Signed-in users’ stats (e.g., score, bank percentages) are stored and displayed publicly. Guest data is temporary. Feed events (e.g., wins) are visible to others.

6. Intellectual Property

BattleGuess’s content (word banks, design, code) is owned by its creator. Your player name is licensed to us for use in the game (e.g., leaderboards). Do not copy, modify, or distribute game content without permission.

7. Termination
